By accessing or using the DigiHaryana website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DigiHaryana provides IT services including web development, app development, UI/UX design, SEO, AEO/GEO, digital marketing, branding, AI solutions, and related services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the deliverables created specifically for them. DigiHaryana retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Typically, we require 50% advance payment and 50% upon project completion. Ongoing services are billed monthly.

5. Limitation of Liability

DigiHaryana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hisar, Haryana.
